Most buyers weigh school districts, price, and finishes — all important — but a home's inherent energetic pattern sets the floor for the family's fortunes over the coming decade.
How we work: you provide a shortlist of up to ten candidate properties, and Master Rain surveys each one in person. Every property is scored against the same criteria — external landforms (roads, rivers, buildings, sha), compass orientation, qi charting, interior layout, and fit with the family. Properties with fatal flaws are eliminated outright; the rest are ranked head-to-head. You receive a selection report: which property to take, why, and the runner-up.
Ten is the cap so that every property gets a thorough reading. We would rather survey fewer homes properly than rush through more.

Billed at $4 per square foot, based on the floor area of the properties surveyed.
A setup fee is collected on the first on-site visit — $500 local, $1,000 for travel assignments (non-refundable).
For travel projects, lodging and meals are provided by the client.
