Rain Fengshui

People often ask: how does a scientist end up practicing feng shui?

Made by feng shui. Early in my US real estate career, the home I lived in had excellent feng shui. Within a few years I went from nothing to financial freedom. I knew nothing of feng shui then — I just thought I was lucky.

Unmade by feng shui. Then I moved into a mansion — bigger, pricier, grander. Two years later, my family had lost millions of dollars. That's when it hit me: it wasn't me failing — it was the house.

That painful experience left me with one burning question: how much does feng shui really shape a person's destiny?

Seeking a master. With the same drive that earned me a US PhD, I returned to China and sought out genuine masters — most importantly, formally apprenticing under Master Zhang Naiyi, sixth-generation heir of Zhang Jiuyi. Over the years I systematically mastered Bazi destiny analysis, residential and grave feng shui, divination, and Qimen arts, absorbing the essence of Star feng shui. Among my master's hundreds of disciples, locating dragon veins became my strongest skill — the foundation of my Sheng Ji practice.

Proven in practice. I started with my own family — finding and fixing the feng shui problems in our home and ancestral graves, one by one. I climbed mountains myself to locate dragon veins, found several powerful sites, and planted Sheng Ji, witnessing unmistakable signs of response with my own eyes (see my YouTube channel). Before long, my family's fortunes turned around completely. This time I was fully convinced: the real thing works.

Building a practice in America. After completing my training, I returned to the US and founded Rain Fengshui — traditional feng shui practiced with scientific rigor. Fluent in English and at home in both Eastern and Western culture, I offer discreet, no-nonsense feng shui consulting to clients across the US, with a focus on business owners and high-net-worth families.
